FOUNDER & TEACHER
As a 200hr RYT, community-builder, and proud Washingtonian, I've spent over a decade pouring into and teaching in DC and the surrounding area. For me, yoga is more than movement — it's therapy, it's connection, it's a purpose-driven practice. I feel an immense responsibility to give back to this community, and yoga has given me a platform to advocate for change and the privilege of partnering with community leaders, small businesses, and non-profits to turn wellness into a tool for social impact.
Welcome to cp:yoga. I believe you are here on purpose.
